Nikita Residency Cancelation Policy

• The deposit amount will be retained as cancellation fee if cacellation is done  more than 14 days before the start of Holidays.
• In case cancellation done 7 or 13 days before the start of the holiday, the cancellation fee will be 50%of the total holiday cost.
• In case of cancellation done 6 days or less prior to the start of holiday, the cancellation fee will be 100% of the total cost.
• Guests may please note that these rule do not apply during the peak season, that is between Dec 21st & Jan 31.
