Falcon Resorts Cancelation Policy Cancellations must be informed of 21 days prior to the booking date for a full refund. Cancellations between 14 to 21 days, will entitle the customer for a 50% refund. For cancellations less than 14 days, there shall be no refund. It is possible to change your booking date for the same tariff, provided that your new dates fall in the same price band, and rooms are available. This policy may change, depending upon the season. All cancellations are subject to a 5% deduction for handling charges. |
