• All cancellation made 14 days or more prior to the booking date shall be entitled to a full refund.
• Cancellation between 10-14 days shall be entitled to a 50% refund.
• Cancellation made 10 or less than 10 days prior to booking date shall not be entitled to any refund.
• Cancellation subject to 5% deduction for handling charges.
